Grow Your Own Microgreen Kit
Everything you need to start growing your own delicious and nutritious microgreens at home! Our kit includes 2 coir discs, enough for 4 trays, 4 different seed types, and 4 recycled FSC cardboard trays for easy growing and harvesting. Plus, all of the packaging is compostable, you can feel good about your eco-friendly gardening choices.
Prepping the Coir Discs
Before using our coir discs, they need to be pre-soaked in around 500ml of water per disc. This helps to hydrate the coir and ensure it is ready to support your seeds as they grow. Once soaked, the coir discs will expand and can be evenly split between the 4 trays. Gently press the coir down to create a flat and even surface.
Planting the Seeds
Once the coir discs are ready, add the seeds of your choice. For the tendril pea and Rambo radish seeds, place the other trays on top to apply gentle weight and help the seeds to stay in place. The coir will help to retain moisture and promote healthy plant growth.
Our kit includes 4 different seed types: Organic Tendril Pea, Rambo Radish, Micro Coriander, and Micro Broccoli Calabrese. These seeds have been carefully selected for their potential to grow into tasty and nutritious microgreens. The pea, radish, and broccoli calabrese seeds will be ready to harvest in 9 to 15 days, but the micro coriander can take up to 30 days to grow. It’s worth the wait, though, as the delicate and fragrant micro coriander adds a delicious flavour to your dishes.
Get specific growing advice for each seed by clicking on the name above or by scanning the QR code with your mobile camera on each seed packet!
Growing and Harvesting the Microgreens
Once your seeds have germinated, place the tray in a well-lit area where the temperature is stable around 18 to 21°C. This will provide the optimal conditions for your microgreens to grow and thrive. Keep the coir watered by gently watering from the bottom of the tray, and provide sufficient light. In just a few days, your microgreens will be ready to harvest and enjoy. Simply use scissors or a sharp knife to cut them at the base. You can mix and match the seeds to create your own unique blends, or grow them separately to enjoy the different flavours and textures.
Compostable Trays
Our trays are made from recycled FSC cardboard, so they are sturdy and sustainable. They are also compostable, making it easy to grow and harvest your microgreens without contributing to waste. When you’re finished, you can simply place the trays in your compost bin for further decomposition.
With our Grow Your Own Microgreen Kit, you can have fresh, flavorful microgreens at your fingertips at any time. Order now and start growing your own healthy greens today!

Very quickly sent and delivered. Made jolly nice presents, a complete start to gardening for my grandchildren. No mess pleased their parents, and quick results kept them interested and they were eager to eat the results. Coriander was not a favourite, but I had seeds to swap with them.
Very good idea
I recommend the kit to anyone.
